You can request a copy of your Certificate of any Sacrament you have done in Gesù Parish, first you need to provide us with your information.
    The most important information is your full name as it appears in the Certificate and the date of your Sacrament.
    If you can't remember when your Sacrament took place, please give us a call and give us an approximate date and we'll do our best to find it, or you can call to the church where you have your baptism and ask for the date, or send us a copy of the front and the back of your certificate.
